AVOASIS is a lean, green Avocado machine - a pop up market activation built for AVANZA Avocados.

We launched the first AVOASIS Pop Up at the newly opened Crystal Plaza in Pudong, Shanghai - a lifestyle shopping mall targeting young families and millennial consumers.

Guests could also try their luck to win some avocado swag, and take part in a workshop with collaborating local chef, Jamie Pea. We whipped up delicious street-food snacks including a Chinese-inspired sandwich (⾁肉夹馍 ròujiāmó), tofu pudding (⾖豆腐花 dòufuhuā) and banana bread toast all featuring AVANZA Avocados.
